UGL is for golf fans who are 18 or older. Trash talk is part of fantasy sports and it's welcome here. Being cruel isn't. These guidelines cover UGL Community and every league chat, and they're part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Slurs and hate. Attacks on anyone for race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious illness.
- Threats and violence. Threatening anyone, encouraging self-harm, or celebrating violence. “We're going to crush you this week” is fine.
- Harassment. Repeatedly targeting someone, piling on, or posting to humiliate a specific person.
- Sexual content of any kind, and anything involving minors.
- Private information. Someone's real name, address, phone number, workplace or photos without their permission.
- Spam and scams. Ads, referral links, repeated posts, fake giveaways, or anything asking for passwords or money.
- Gambling. Organizing bets, pools or paid contests. UGL is free to play.
- Other people's work. Content you don't have the rights to, including photos of golfers or other people's logos.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be UGL, a golfer, or another user. Only the official @UGL account has the gold check.
Reporting
Tap ⋯ (or tap a chat message) and choose Report. Reports are private. UGL admins review every one; for league chat, the commissioner is told too and can delete the message. When several people report the same post it's hidden until we review it. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
What happens when the rules are broken
- We remove the content and tell you why.
- Repeated or serious breaks can suspend your ability to post in Community, or close your account.
- Think we got it wrong? Email support@uglfantasy.com and we'll take another look.
